About the Role:

As a key member of our Wait Staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming and greeting guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders with attention to special dietary needs, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of orders, addressing guest needs and inquiries, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service, handling customer concerns professionally, maintaining a clean dining area, upholding a positive team environment, and adhering to restaurant policies, including hygiene and safety standards. You will also be responsible for upselling menu items, processing payments accurately, and participating in regular team meetings. As part of our commitment to health and safety, you will follow guidelines for proper food handling, maintain a clean work environment, and actively participate in safety training sessions.
