Kaiteriteri Splash for Hospice

Help us raise funds for Hospice by jumping into the sea and enjoying a family fun day out!

Kaiteriteri Splash for Hospice!

Get ready to make a splash for a great cause!

Join us at Kaiteriteri for our first big splash into summer, bringing our community together to raise funds and awareness for Nelson Tasman Hospice and support Tracey on her Dancing for a Cause fundraising journey.

This cause is especially close to Tracey’s heart, having experienced the loss of a loved one to cancer. Now she’s putting on her dancing shoes and raising funds to help Hospice continue supporting individuals and families across our region.

We’ll kick things off with a community splash into the sea before warming up with a sausage sizzle and picnic in the campground.

Kākā Point Coffee Shack will be open for anyone keen on a hot or cold brew, and our On the Spot store will be open for fresh fruit ice creams and snacks.

Date and Time: Saturday, 28th November at 12.00pm - 2.00pm

Bring: the whānau, your togs and towel, along with a picnic blanket or chair and invite a friend.

Eat: Bring a koha for a sausage and a picnic to enjoy with the family in the campground.

Give: You will be able to make a donation to the cause via EFTPOS or cash, with proceeds supporting Tracey’s fundraising for Nelson Tasman Hospice.

Take the plunge, share a picnic and help us make a difference for Nelson Tasman Hospice.

If the weather is not looking good, postponement date will be Sunday, 29th November 2026
