About the Role:

As a Barista, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a delightful dining experience for our guests. Your expertise in crafting high-quality coffee beverages will contribute to the warm and inviting ambiance of our establishment. Here's what you'll be up to:

Expert Coffee Preparation: Master the art of coffee preparation, consistently crafting high-quality espresso-based beverages, brewed coffees, and specialty drinks.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional and friendly customer service, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive and personalized experience for each guest.

Menu Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the coffee menu, including the origin and flavour profiles of different coffee beans.

Equipment Maintenance: Take responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of coffee-making equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.

Order Accuracy: Accurately input and fulfil customer orders, paying close attention to special requests and dietary preferences.

Upselling and Promotion: Actively promote seasonal or specialty coffee offerings, contributing to revenue growth through suggestive selling techniques.

Collaboration with Team: Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient and coordinated service.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to consistently deliver beverages that meet the restaurant's standards.

Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, new coffee blends, and brewing techniques. Contribute to the development of other staff members.
